Booking and registration: When you pay for the course, you are automatically registered and booked for this workshop in your name. A full refund is available for 14 days (according to the right of withdrawal law) from the payment date.
Cancellation: A cancellation fee of SEK 500 will be charged for cancellations. The last day to cancel to receive the remaining amount is 30 days before the course starts. For cancellations after this, only 50% of the course fee will be refunded. For cancellations less than 7 days before the course starts, 25% of the course fee will be refunded. You may transfer your booking to someone else if you arrange it yourself and inform us in time about their name and contact details. You can also change your course free of charge (at least 30 days before the course starts) to another date at the same price, subject to availability. The earlier you rebook, the greater the chance, of course, that you will get the spot you wish to change to.

Kakan Hermansson is not only a ceramicist but also a beauty expert, which is why she has her own brand, Maggie by Kakan. So come and create beautiful bathroom items with Kakan. She will also share all her best beauty tips and talk about her incredible products. You will work with stoneware clay and colored clay, where Kakan will demonstrate the techniques she uses to incorporate color already during the building process.
The course fee includes:
- 500 g stoneware clay - thereafter SEK 100/kg

Firing and glazing (done by us in transparent glaze if desired)
- Coffee, tea, and cookies
Process:
After the course, the creations must dry and be fired, and then (by us) glazed with a transparent glaze. The entire process takes approximately 4-6 weeks. We will send an email as soon as your artworks are ready for pickup.
Prerequisites
No prior knowledge is necessary for this workshop.
Sustainable materials
At Atelje 7, we are very keen on the environment and work according to a sustainability plan in everything we do. The clays we purchase therefore come, as far as possible, from Witgerts, which has a strong environmental policy. The clays we provide are available in many different colors and grog levels. Color pigments for coloring the clays are purchased via Swedish Decopottery, which also has a strong environmental profile.
